The approved A5 master artwork is generated automatically from the active partner record. Your organization name, approved logo, dedicated booking QR and current benefit are inserted before the PNG or print-ready PDF is downloaded.

Portal glossary
Simple definitions for the terms used throughout Overview, Stats, Bookings, Earnings, Marketing and Email alerts.
Partner codeYour organization’s unique code. It is embedded in your booking link and QR so each customer request can be attributed to you.
ReferralA customer request or booking that arrived through your dedicated partner link, QR code or assigned partner code.
Bags referredThe total number of suitcases, backpacks, surfboards, boxes or other luggage items in your referred bookings.
Currently storedReferred luggage that is presently inside an active Bali Bag Drop storage service.
CompletedThe service has finished. Completion does not always mean a cashback transfer has already been made.
Storage daysThe charged calendar days across your referrals. Each day runs from 00:00 to 23:59.
Eligible servicesThe storage, pickup or delivery amount that qualifies for the configured guest benefit or partner cashback. Excluded fees are not counted.
Storage revenueThe qualifying luggage-storage value before the guest discount and partner cashback are deducted.
Guest benefitThe discount received by a guest because the booking was attributed to your organization.
CashbackThe amount earned by your organization from an eligible attributed booking, based on your agreed partner percentage.
PendingThe cashback is recorded but one or more conditions are still incomplete, such as payment confirmation or service completion.
PayableThe cashback has met its eligibility conditions and is waiting to be transferred by Bali Bag Drop.
PaidBali Bag Drop has recorded the cashback as transferred. The payout date or reference may appear in the statement.
ApprovedThe item has been reviewed and accepted, but it may still be waiting for another condition or the actual transfer.
ReversedA previously recorded benefit was cancelled or removed, commonly after a cancellation, refund or correction.
Booking statusThe operational stage of the customer service, such as confirmed, in progress, completed or cancelled.
Payment statusWhether the customer payment is pending, reported, paid, refunded or otherwise unresolved.
Payout referenceThe transfer or internal reference recorded by Bali Bag Drop when partner cashback is paid.
Dedicated booking linkYour private customer-facing page. Requests submitted there automatically carry your partner attribution.
QR codeA scannable version of your dedicated booking link for reception desks, rooms, flyers and guest messages.
Demo dataClearly labelled example figures used to explore the portal. Demo figures never affect real bookings, earnings or payouts.
Weekly digestAn email summary of recent attributed activity sent to the enabled partner notification recipients.
Monthly digestA broader monthly email summary. It is separate from the detailed downloadable earnings statement.
Partner approvalSelf-signup partner accounts can use the portal, booking link, QR code and flyer immediately. Bali Bag Drop may deactivate invalid accounts; bank verification is still required before cashback payouts.
Bank verificationPending means the account was submitted or changed and still needs review. Verified means it can receive cashback. Rejected means it must be corrected before payment.
